- Complete and email form as an attachment to kgp@usc.edu
- We will follow up with you by email regarding your request.
Prior to shipping, please contact the laboratory by phone at (323) 442-0288 or email at kgp@usc.edu to schedule delivery. For external samples, we prefer that samples are sent on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday to avoid weekend delivery.
